Rooted in Faith was created to connect readers and writers of Christian books as well as to be an encouragement to anyone who wants to grow in their Christian faith. As a writer, I know how difficult it is to build readership and connect with readers, not just other writers. As a reader, I understand the challenge of finding new writers or good books when that stack of books (virtual or otherwise) is just not appealing, and you sometimes want something different. While I do read "secular" books too, this website's focus is centered around Christian books. As a Christian, finding a place of encouragement is also important, so I am going to try to encourage others. Also, I could use encouragement, so feel free to share with me here. I would like to make this a safe place to connect, as we are all Rooted in Faith.
Philippians 4:8 (KJV) "Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things."
Thank you for reading!

*About the cover photo: The wild berries featured here are growing out of the rocky ruins of three connected castles in the Rheinland Pfalz region of Germany. These castles are named Tanstein, Grafendahn, and Altdahn respectively. I love how God can grow beauty in the midst of rocky places.
